You own all content you create using VoxKey, including transcriptions and transformed text. We claim no ownership over your content.

Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for VoxKey ($9.99 or $0 for free tier users).
We may update VoxKey and these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of VoxKey after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You can stop using VoxKey at any time by simply uninstalling the app. There is no account to close. All data stored locally on your device will be removed when you uninstall.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
