Groq builds dedicated AI inference chips that run models absurdly fast. Their Whisper implementation is one of the fastest speech-to-text services available. They offer a generous free tier — no credit card required. Important: Groq has no connection to Elon Musk's "Grok" chatbot. Different company entirely.
